EminenceCRM

Privacy Policy

Version 2026-09-25. Effective September 25, 2026.

This version takes effect on September 25, 2026. Until then the current version applies.

This Privacy Policy explains how Global Eminence Group LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles personal information in connection with EminenceCRM (the "Service"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in our Terms of Service.

We have no public marketing website — this Policy covers the Service itself: our Customers, their Authorized Users, and the property owner and lead data those Customers load into the Service.

1. Two kinds of personal information

The Service involves two different kinds of personal information, and your rights depend on which one applies to you.

Account Information. This is information about our Customers and their Authorized Users — name, email address, login credentials, billing details, and records of how the Service is used. For Account Information, we are the party that decides why it's collected, and we are directly responsible to you for it.

Customer Data. This is the property, owner, and lead information a Customer loads into the Service — names, phone numbers, addresses, notes, call and knock logs, and similar records about individuals the Customer is contacting. For Customer Data, we act only on the Customer's instructions, as described in our Terms of Service. We do not decide what is collected or why, and if we receive a request from an individual about their own information in Customer Data, we will refer it to the Customer rather than act on it ourselves, because it is not our data to govern.

2. Account Information we collect

  • Identity and contact information: name, email address, and role, provided when a Customer creates an account or invites an Authorized User.
  • Billing information: subscription plan, seat count, and payment status. Full payment card numbers are never sent to or stored by us — they go directly to Stripe, our payment processor, and are governed by Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
  • Login and session data: credentials, session tokens, and security stamps used to keep your account secure and to sign you out of other sessions when you sign in from a new device.
  • Usage and log data: IP address, browser and device information, and timestamps of actions taken in the Service, collected for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

We do not operate a public marketing site, and we do not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics. The only cookies or local storage we use are strictly necessary ones for authentication and session management.

We do not send marketing or newsletter email. The only email you receive from us is transactional — for example, invoices sent through Stripe.

3. Customer Data we process

Customer Data may include property addresses, owner names and phone numbers, notes (including notes about a property's or owner's circumstances), logged calls and knocks, custom field values, and imported files. This data is entered and controlled by the Customer, not by us.

Calls made through the Service use a simple tel: link that opens the representative's own phone; we do not place, route, or record calls, and we do not capture the content of any call. The Service does capture the property address and a representative's belief about the location of a device is limited to those business addresses — we do not track the real-time or precise location of a representative's device.

4. Third parties we use

We rely on the following service providers to operate the Service. None of them receive personal information for their own independent purposes — they process it only to help us provide the Service to you.

  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and billing.
  • Google Maps Platform — address lookup, geocoding, route display, and Street View imagery. Street View imagery is displayed to the Customer and is not stored by us. Use of these features is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Microsoft Azure — hosting and data storage, located in the United States.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are used under applicable state privacy laws.

5. Data retention

We do not currently operate an automatic deletion or purging system. Account Information and Customer Data are both retained indefinitely — including after an Authorized User is deactivated or a Customer's subscription ends — unless deletion is requested.

If you would like your information deleted, email us at vlad@globaleminencegroup.net. We will complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request. Backups may persist for a further limited period before being overwritten in the ordinary course.

6. Security

We use commercially available safeguards appropriate to the kind of information involved, including data storage on Microsoft Azure infrastructure and rotating security tokens that invalidate older sessions when your credentials or security stamp change. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we do not guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by a breach of any of our safeguards.

7. Your privacy rights

If you are an Authorized User, depending on the state you live in you may have the right to:

  • Know / access the Account Information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate Account Information.
  • Delete your Account Information.
  • Obtain a copy of your Account Information in a portable format.
  • Non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

We do not sell or share personal information, so there is no applicable opt-out for that. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of that authorization.

How to exercise these rights. Email vlad@globaleminencegroup.net. Because we do not have a self-service portal, we handle these requests manually: we will verify your identity (typically by confirming the request comes from the email address on your account, and may ask for additional information if needed), and will respond within 45 days. Where allowed, we may extend that once by an additional 45 days, and will tell you if we do.

Appeals. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will respond to an appeal within 60 days.

These rights apply to your own Account Information. If you are the subject of Customer Data — for example, a property owner in a Customer's records — see Section 1: contact the Customer directly, or contact us and we will refer your request to them.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

9. Scope

The Service and this Policy are intended for use within the United States. We do not knowingly offer the Service to, or process personal information about, individuals located outside the United States.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. If a change is material, we will give notice to Customer administrators at least 30 days before it takes effect and will require affirmative acceptance of the updated Policy before continued use of the Service, in the same manner as changes to our Terms of Service. Non-material changes, such as updates to contact information, take effect when posted.

We retain a record of the version of this Policy each Customer accepted and the date of acceptance.

11. Disputes

Any dispute relating to this Policy is handled under the governing law, venue, and dispute resolution terms in Section 16 of our Terms of Service.
